The content on this application is provided by LITALICO Inc. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. We hope you and your child enjoys playing our applications as much as we do.

1. User obligation

Use of our applications constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date on which you first use our applications. By accessing, using and/or downloading materials from this application, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of each entity and person on whose behalf you act to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. LITALICO Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing our applications. Your continued use of this application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as modified. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this application and therefore should cease using this application immediately.

2. Digital contents

1) Purchasing
You can purchase LITALICO Inc.’s digital contents such as stories, illustrations and items. The Pricing will be shown on the final confirmation screen. You will purchase our application through a store including, but not limited to, Google Inc., iTunes K.K., Amazon.co.jp or Amazon.com. Inc. as prescribed. If you subscribe monthly course, subscriptions renew automatically unless you unsubscribe. If you decide unsubscribe, need to cancel the course. Please note that if automatic withdrawal is done without cancel procedure, automatic charging will be continued. LITALICO Inc. may temporarily, in the form of a campaign, etc., or permanently change the purchase price of content or our service without providing prior notification to user. In this case, LITALICO Inc. will not provide compensation for the difference between the original price nor provide refunds.

2) Precaution
This application will be the possession of the user as soon as it is purchased. When purchasing content, you will be charged communication fee additionally. Regarding payments, LITALICO Inc. will not be liable for any dispute between the purchaser such as Google Inc. ,iTunes K.K., Amazon.co.jp or Amazon.com.Inc. and the matter should be resolved between them. Minors must receive permission from adults to purchase content. If you uninstall this application before receiving purchased content, you will need to contact us to get content. LITALICO Inc. will not be liable to refund because of the lateness of providing content to user.

3. Prohibited acts

Purchaser of this content may not exchange content with cash. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, you may not use our application for profit-making or commercial purposes, you may not cause act to interfere any third party, our service or violate applicable laws.

4. Discontinuation of usage and Disqualification

If you fail to pay charges even after the payment due date has passed, fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions and laws, commit any other wrongful act, LITALICO Inc. may discontinue your usage of the applications.You acknowledge that LITALICO Inc. is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation when an account it closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary.

5. Refund

You acknowledge that LITALICO Inc. is not required to provide a refund for any reason other than accordance with the laws. If refund occurs by law, LITALICO Inc. will make a public announcement through its homepage and procedure will be made as ruled by laws.

6. Termination of service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to the following Privacy Policy.

8. Language

These terms and conditions are prepared in the Japanese language, which language shall control, and any translation in any other language shall be for reference only and shall not bind the parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the agreed court of the first instance having exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes related to these terms and conditions.
